I have a mid 19th century clock that needs to have its dial repainted and have a pane of glass painted for the lower portion of the clock door. I do not know of anyone who can do the old-world craftsmanship needed. I have tried eBay with no success. Any suggestions?

I recently received a wall clock from my grandmother - there is little known about it, but I found a piece of paper inside under the weight that my grandfather had written on. According to this note, the clock is likely early 19th century and it is called a "Chandler" clock. If anyone has any info on this type of clock, and/or knows of a good website to get information on antiques or a book or pricing guide, I'd really appreciate the help.
